Data controller

Purpose

The data you enter in the form is used only to answer your appointment request or question. It is not used to send you advertising and it is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and, if you become a patient, for the periods that health regulations require for clinical records.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the clinic's email address. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Processors

Form submissions are sent through a transactional email provider acting as a processor. The website is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
